The E-Commerce Team Lead will be responsible for supervising courier hub/branch and last-mile operations, ensuring efficient handling, sorting, dispatch, delivery, and operational coordination. The role includes workforce supervision, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of logistics activities.

Operations Supervision
- Supervise courier handling, sorting, bagging, dispatch, and delivery processes
- Ensure adherence to daily operational plans and schedules
- Monitor loading, unloading, and shipment movement activities
Resource Allocation
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and vehicles for daily operations
- Optimize utilization of resources to meet delivery timelines
- Develop contingency plans for operational disruptions
Hub & Last-Mile Management
Oversee hub and delivery center activities
Plan delivery routes and shipment sequencing
Track vehicle movement and delivery status in real time
Performance Monitoring
- Review daily operations, delays, damages, and exceptions
- Track KPIs related to delivery, productivity, and turnaround time
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, transporters, and vendors
- Escalate operational issues to management and resolve queries
- Maintain effective working relationships across stakeholders
Safety & Ethics
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
- Implement 5S practices at the workplace
- Maintain integrity, ethics, and data security standards
Team Supervision
- Supervise and guide operational staff and delivery personnel
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline
- Support training and development of team members
